RE: EASTERN ROSEMOUNT COMPREHENSIVE WATER AND
SANITARY SEWER STUDIES
This is an update on the referenced project. The Staff will be done reviewing the
draft copies of the Comprehensive Plans and will meet with Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associate's Project Team on June 16, 1993 to review the plans.
Shortly thereafter, we will provide the Planning Commission, Utility Commission
and City Council with a draft copy of the two studies. On July 19, 1993 at 6:30
p.m. a joint meeting will be held with the Utility Commission and Planning
Commission to review the two studies. On July 20, 1993 the plan will be
presented to the City Council for their review and to set a public hearing for
August 17, 1993 to receive public comment on the two plans. On August 17,
1993 or at the next Council meeting, -the two plans will be adopted and sent on to
the Metropolitan Council and Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for their
review.
Staff feels that the adoption of these plans are important for the City and strongly
encourage you to attend and study the two reports. If you have any questions
please feel free to call myself, Lisa or Ron on the subjects.
