Additions or CorrectionsMEMO TO: Mayor McMenomy Councilmembers Klassen, Staats, Willcox, Wippermann FROM: Susan Walsh, Administrative Assistant DATE: December 7, 1993 RE: Change to Council Meeting Minutes Councilmember Klassen requests that council consider changes to the following council meeting minutes: 1. August 12, 1993: Page 1, third paragraph from the bottom. Some of the reasons for hesitating to approve *'��elepment I city fund participation in the development were: 1) concern that a new grocery store would survive, 2) can't compete with warehouse type grocery stores offered in nearby communities, 3) , 3) the City of Rosemount should not provide funding for competitive businesses, 4) lack of review of market study. 2. November 18, 1993: Page 1, second paragraph from the bottom. City Council directed city staff to cut $20,000 from the latest figefes operating budget to be put into an undesignated CIP fund and to have this information available far enough ahead of the December 2, 1993 Public Hearing for a thorough review. ,A7Strikeout indicates deletion. (3) Three different letters received at 4 p.m. today regarding the Muller Movie Theatre Project. (4) Community Development Block Grant Application - Add on by Ron Wasmund. m e m o TO: Mayor McMenomy Councilmembers Willcox, Wippermann, Staats, Klassen FROM: Susan Walsh DATE: December 7, 1993 SUBJ: Minutes of November 9, 1993 Special Council Meeting Councilmember Willcox requested that the second to last paragraph of the November 9 minutes be changed to include the following sentence at the end of the paragraph: "Mr. Dwyer was satisfied that there had been no land previously in the MUSA taken away from the property that he represents". Interim Administrator Wasmund is questioning whether this occured at the meeting. Therefore, Councilmember Willcox is suggesting that these minutes be pulled until the tape of the meeting can be listen to for verification.
