Attached is a petition for local improvements from the Department of Military Affairs
(DMA) for Lot 3, Auditor's Subdivision 1 which is located north of the railroad tracks and
adjacent and west of Biscayne Avenue as shown on the attached location map.
At this time we do not have a preliminary plat or site drawing of any kind from the DMA,
therefore we will not order a Feasibility Report until we receive more information. We
anticipate that improvements including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street will
need to be implemented on Biscayne Avenue from 145th Street West northerly to some
undetermined point north of the railroad tracks.
Staff will keep Council abreast of any future submittals by the DMA. The project is
anticipated to be constructed in 1994 and therefore we have assigned this as Project
#249.
