A. Update on Redevelopment of Repairs, Inc. Site - Kerry Johnson - Johnson
advised that their present goal is to find tenants for building so that
financfng can be finalized. Johnson also advised that they would like to
break ground by Christmas. Staff was directed to work with Johnson to
come to an agreement on interpreting the contract regarding the timeline
for beginning tbe project.
