At the April 20 meeting, the Port Authority received a progress report from
Dave Simons regarding the feasibility study for the proposed business park.
Mr. Simons indicated at that time the report would be completed for the May
work session. Unfortunately, SEH has not been able to complete the work as
scheduled and Mr. Simons wishes to clarify some� issues with you.
