report and present to Port Authority June 1.
B. Discussion of Purchase Agreement for Proposed Business
Park - Staff directed to negotiate a purchase agreemeat
with Mr. Abbott and preseat it to Port Authority
June 1.
C. Carlson Shopping Mall Update - Staff directed to
research EDA or HRA proceediags to determine the
original commitment made with the Carlsons at the
inceptioa of their project, and to draft a development
agreemeat to be preseated at the June 1 meeting.
