This Change Order was necessitated by the excessive dirt tracked onto
the base course of `bituminous by builders within this subdivision
prior to the installation of the final wear caurse of bituminous. The
paving contractor is expected to sweep a street prior: to paving, but
in this case had to scrape up dirt with extra maehinery and personnel
prior to sweeping. Total cost of this Change Order is $388 .75.
