Ms. Connie Cook and Ms . Renee Rhoads have submitted applications for an on
sale liquor license and special sunday liguor license for the purpose of
operating a restaurant and lounge at 14450 South Robert Trail. This place
of business is presently known as Kady' s and is currently operated b� Lauie
Walsh. Through arrangements with the property manager and Mr. Walsh, Mr.
Walsh will relinquish his licenses upon Council approval of issuance af
liquor licenses to Ms. Cook and Ms. Rhoads.
Ms . Cook and Ms. Rhoads, officers of C R, Ine. have submitted the
appropriate applications and supporting documents and have paid the
appropriate fees. Police Chief Knutson has conducted a background check on
each of the applicants and has indicated they have not committed any
felonies or offenses which should cause denial of the licenses.
The applicants are requesting that the liquor licenses be issued for the
premises currently operated by Mr. Walsh; and effective August 3, 1993, the
licenses be expanded into the east portion ot the building currently
occupied by the business known as Mrs . Feldman' s Fineries. I have been
informed by the praperty manager of the building that Mrs. Feldman' s will
be vacating the premise on August 1. I will discuss this more tharoughly
with you at the public hearing on July 6, 1993 .
It is my recommendation that Council set a public hearing to consider the
3iquor license applications for July 6, 1993, at 8 : 00 p.m.

APPLICATION FOR ON SALE LICENSE FOR INTOXICATING LIQUOR AND AN
APPLICATION FOR SUNDAY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR C R, INC.
FOR JULY 6, 1993, AT 8: OQ P.M. , OR AS SO�N THEREAFTER AS POSSIBLE.

INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
TO I+�SOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount, Minnesota, has scheduled a public hearing for 8: 00
o' clock p.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday,
July 6, 1993, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 - 145th
Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
This public hearing is being held to consider an Application for
On Sale License for Intoxicating Liquor and an Appl.ication for
Sunday On Sale Intoxicating Liquor license presented by C R,
Inc.
The applicant is groposing to operate a restaurant and lounge
located at 1445Q South Rober� Trail, Rosemount, Minnesota and
will be known as Last Call Bar and Gri11 .
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the above
hearing item will be heard at this meeting. Written comments
will be accepted up to the time of the hearing and will be
�n�luaEa in the discussion at this hearing.
