The new lot will be rezoned from Agriculture Preserve to Agriculture. The procedural action is necessary because the 2 .5 acre lot no longer qualifies for the Agricultural Preserve Program. The Knodt farm, however, will remain Agricultural Preserve. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the agricultural lot split on December 8, 1992 . In addition, the Planning Commission will review the application for rezoning and make a recommendation at their January I2, 1993 regular me ting. R.ECOI�Il2ENDED ACTION: A motion to set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, January 19, 199'3 at 8: 00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to hear public testimony regarding the rezoning of property addressed as 15102 Clayton Avenue from Agriculture Preserve to Agriculture.
