In 1992 the council adopted meeting dates and schedules for the 1992 and
1993 Goa1 Setting Processes. With the 1992 process behind us I wanted to
confirm the 1993 process schedule.
I have revised the schedule slightly from that adopted in 1992 because of
conflicts for some of us and because of the meeting date established for
the city Council and Administrator on February 1.
With the approval of this schedule I would also ask that the Council direct
my preparation of a goal setting meeting for March 25, 1993 .
This direction would allow me to get proposals from a facilitator and get
preliminary costs together for your consideration and establish meeting
dates for meeting with commission members and department heads.
RECOI�IIr1ENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the 1993 Goal Setting Schedule and Direct the City
Administrator to draft a proposal for a facilitator and e�cpenses for
the goal setting session on March 25th, 1993 .
