Attached i� Change Order No. 1, which is an addition in the amount of
$5,407.29 to the construction contract for two modifications. One was
requested by the Developer to allow for a change in home configuration
on a lot. The second was to ensure that the completion of private
utilities would not interfere with the street construction. The
Contractor has agreed to the Change Order.
It is Staff' s recommendation to approve this Change Order.
