This item was just brought to Staffs attention on April 16, 1993 .
Staf� has nat had adequate time to prepare the necessary documents for
Council packets, however, we will hand out the necessary docurnents
prior to the meeting. These items will consist of a Public Notice,
Mailing List and Map of Proposed Condemnation for Sanitary Sewer Line.
It is necessary to set this Public Hear�ng at this meeting because of
t'rze time frame the City ia working with to install this sewer line.
City Attorney Mike Mile� cvill be at the meeting to answer an�
questions Council m�.y have about the condemnation proceedings .
