On or about January 9, 1993, a new business moved into what we considered
the °restaurant side" of Kady' s. Because of this, Kady' s will again
operate on the west side of the building only. It is, therefore, necessary
to amend Kady' s liquor license application which will only allow the sale
of liquor on the west side of the building.
Building Inspector Paul Heimkes and myself inet with the property manager of
this building, and the addition of doors between the two sides of this
building have totally separated the two businesses .
Louie Walsh has waived his rights to a public hearing on this amendment.
Since his customers cannot get into the east side of the building, this
amendment is befare you to clearly define the premise for which the
licenses are issued.
RECO�SENDED ACTION: MOTION TO AMEND THE ON SALE AND SPECIAL SUNI�AY
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED BY LOUIE'S, INC. TO ALLOW SERVICE
OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR ON WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING ONLY OR WHAT IS
KNOWN AS THE LOUNGE AREA.
