The Community Trust Agreement between the City of Rosemount and USPCI calls
for the appointment of three trustees by the City for staggered terms.
Three appointments were made by the City to the Board, but no designation
of terms were made. The Community Trust Board has met and the three�
appointees of the City have through a process chosen by them, selected the
lengths of terms for each.
This designation of terms and the reconfirming of appointments should have
the City Council ' s formal approval .
Steve Toombs - 1 year
Jack Warweg - 2 years
Cathy Busho - 3 years
RECON�NDED ACTIONz Motion to reconfirm the appointments of City
Appointees to the USPCI - City of Rosemount Community Trust Board of
Trustees with appointments commencing January 1, 1993 and with terms
as follows: Steve Toombs - :1 year, ,Jack Warweg - 2 years, and Cathy
Busho - 3 years.
