The City of Rosemount welcomes on-sale liquor license holders exclusively
from the cities of Rosernoun�, Apple Valley, Eagan, Inver Grove Heights,
Coates, and Lakeville, to serve intoxicating beverages in the Rosemount
Community Center. These on-sale providers wanting to participate have been
identified and are listed in the attached information. These providers
come before the• City Council to be approved for a On-Sale License On Public
Premise. This list wiZl accompany all facility use permits sent out to
" customers who are reserving a room and have indicated interest in having
intpxicating beverages served. Our policies allow the customer to choose
from this list of liquor providers only.
This policy enables local on-sale estabiishments a chance to expand their
business through the Community Center and safeguards the City and the
customer with- added insurance protection. It is important to note that.
each and every Rosemount on-sale provider is participating. This is an
indication that the Rosemount Community Center is indeed having a positive
impact on Rosemount businesses. The Rosemount providers were not required
to pay a fee for the On-Sale License On Public Premise, non-resident
providers were required to pay a fee of $100 .
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the attached l.ist of on-sale
providers for On-Sale License On Public Premise, for purposes of serving
intoxicating beverages at the Rosemount Community Center, to expire
December 31, 1994 .
