Several orders have been introduced on the Armory and Communi y Center
project: These change orders have all been reviewed by. the architect, the
State of Minnesota project manager and city staff.
Some of these change orders effect the "city only° and some effect the
state;>--.city and� federal government depending on which section of the
building the change orders effected.
The "city only° share costs will be reductions to the cost that the city
bonded for which was based on the construction bids. Their will be
additional "city share" costs, funded through the portion(12 .5�) of the
armory that the city is liable for, but these costs will be assumed by the
debt carried by the MSABC.
Attached is a listing of the changes requested for approval at this time
and a breakdown of the total costs and the °city only" share which the city
is directly liable for.
