At the special City Council meeting held to discuss the Carl on Ma1.l
proposal the.re was discussion about having a joint meeting between the City
Council and the Port Authority.
In light of the discussions and concerns raised about the direction that
the Port Authority is taking on the business park and other projects it wa�s
felt that a joint meeting between the two should take place.
The purpose would be to discuss just what direction the Port Autharity
shouid be taking and how the City Council sees the Port Authority's
involvement in development in the City.

RECONIlwlENDED ACTION:�totian to set a special City Council meeting for
September 20, 1993�to meet with the Rosemount Port Authority to discuss
development goals and objeetives for the Port Authority.
COUNCIL ACTION:
