Colin Erickson, a probationary member of the Rosemount Fire Department, has
submitted his resignation effective August 25, 1993 . Co1in has been a
member of the Rosemount Fire Department for almost nine months, As is
indicated in his letter, he is moving from the area and employment as his
major reasons for discontinuing membership with the fire department.
At a regular monthly meeting of the Rosemount Fire Department held on
August 24, 1993 , the membership accepted Colin Erickson' s resignation with
an effective date of August 25, 1993 .
We look to the city council to ratify this action.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to ratify the fire department' s action and
accept Colin Erickson� s resignation from the fire department effective
August 25, 1993 .
