SPECIAL CLOSED MFETING
OCTOBER 5, 1993
Pursuant to due call a special closed meeting of the City Council of the
City of Rosemount was duly held on Tuesday, October 5, 1993, at 9 : 15 p.rn.
in the Council Chambers lounge at City Hal1 .
Mayor McMenomy called the meeting to order with Councilmembers Willcox,
Staats, and Klassen present. Councilmember Wippermann was out of town.
Staff present were: Jilk, Wasmund and City Attorney Miles.
City Attorney Miles reviewed the difficulties encountered with Peter
Herferth, the ma.nagement of Rosemount Woods, and the slow response of
Wel1s Fargo Company to the mechanics of the document. �
A motion was entertained to approve the final se�tlement contract with
Wells Fargo Company in the amount of $20, 000 by the City Attorney Mike
Miles. The motion would be presented at the regular meeting still in
progress. :
MOTION by McMenomy to adjourn. SSCOND by Willcox. Ayes: 4. Nays:
None. The closed session was adjourned at 9 :20 p.m.
