Addi�ional change orders for the construction of the Armory a d Community
Center are being requested for approval.
These change orders have been reviewed by the architecht, the National
Guard project manager and city staff. All change orders listed are being
recommended for approval.
As noted on the attached summary sheet we are now at a total change order
cost for the City of Rosemount, without the stormwater pond costs, of some
$23, 032.90. Of the original contract cost for the city cornponents this
figure amounts to 6/lOths of one percent. The total change orders cost
for city, state and federal government is at 1.5 %. Though there have been
a significant number of change orders I am extremely pleased that we have
been able to keep the amount to such a low percentage of the original :
contract.
RECO�TDED ACTION:Motion to approve change orders #69, 75, $8, 110, 118,
124; 128, 130, 132, 134, 151,170 and 171 for the construction of the Armory
and Community Center project for a city share only of $24, 886.92
