In 1992 the Council adopted meeting dates and schedules for the 1992 and
1993 Goal Setting Processes. With the 1992 process behind us I wanted to
eonfirm the 1993 process schedule. _
I have revised the schedule slightly from that adopted in 1992 because of
conflicts for some of us and because of the meeting date established for
the City Council and Administrator on February 1.
With the approval of this schedule I would alsa ask that the Council direct
my preparation of a goal setting meeting for March 30, 1993 .
This direction would allow me to get proposals from a facilitatar and get
preliminary costs together for your consideration and establish meeting
dates for meeting with commission members and department heads.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the 1993 Goal Setting Schedule and Direct the City
Administrator to draft a proposal for a facilitatar and expenses for
the goal setting session on March 30th, 1993 .
