I am pleased to introduce Rich Lonnquist as a full-time Engineering
Technician. Rich has passed the necessary physical and began full-
time employment on March 1, 1993 .
As you are aware, Rich has worked for the City in the past as an
Engineering Intern. He has been a valuable addition to the
Engineering Department and to the City Staff. He works well with
other members of the Staff.
I would like to thank the Council for approving the hiring of Rich.
