The City formally received a petition for public improvements from
Ground Development Corp. for the installation of utilities and streets
within the Shannon Hills 5th Addition at its February 16, 1993 Council
meeting. The preliminary plat has been submitted. A Feasibility
Report will determine if there are any Utility Core costs, otherwise
this is a 100% assessable project.
Staff is asking Council to order a Feasibility Report. O.S.M. - will be
the consulting engineer to prepare the report.
RECONIl�tENDED ACTION: MOTION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SHANNON HILLS STH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS, CITY PROJECT #243 .

A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
SHANNON HILLS 5TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMfNTS
CiTY PROJECT 243
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a petition from the
developer and property owners of the proposed Shannon Hills 5th Addition Street and
Utility Improvements, City Project #243.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount as
follows:
1 . the aforesaid petitian was received at the February 2, 1993 regularly
scheduled Council meeting and placed on file;
2. the City's Consulting Engineer, O.S.M. is directed to t�ave the necessary
Feasibility Report prepared for Shannon Hills 5th Addition Street and
� Utility Improvements, City Project #243.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1993.
