The Selection Committee for the hiring of building Maintenance Supervison c �ompleted a
thorough selection process and recommends Randy Moe for the position. The Setection
Committee was given permission by the Community Center Commission to recommend a
candidate to the City Council. After interviewing eight candidates, the Selection Committee �
chose Randy Moe based on his experience with building maintenance, HVAC operation, and
supervisory and management skills. Randy accepted the offer at a salary of 528,177.87 which
falls in the approved salary range for this position. Randy will being his position on October 18,
1993.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve the hiring of Randy Moe as Building
Maintenance Supervisor at a salary of $28,177 with a startin date of October 18, 1993.
