The City has received a petition from Steve Fiterman of Ground
Development for the development of Shannon Hil1s 5th Addition Street
and Utility Improvements .
At this time, Staff is not calling for the feasibility report because
we have yet received a preliminary plat. As soon as we receive the
plat we will then be coming back to Council and asking to order the
feasibility study.
Staff is asking that Council receive the petition and place it on
file.

hereby petition the city council to undertake vithout a public
hearing under Minnesota Statutes. Section 429. 031, the folloxing
improvements to such property and agree to pey for all costs for
th� firera:ation 4f th= feasi bilit; r�p�r+ far tY:ese impr���ements
in the event the improvements are not ordered in:
,� Sanitary SeWer Walkways
� Watermain � Streets
� Storm Sewer � Curb & Gutter
� Streetlights Other
and to pay the entire assessable costs thereof against our
property encampassing or abutting said improvements besed on
benefits received xithout regard yo cash valustion.

We also agree to guaranty paymenc for the preparation of plans
and epecifications for the above petitioned improveme,nts in order
that the plans and speaificatione may be prepared eimultaneously
with the feasibility report.

RESOLUTION 1993 -
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION
SHANNON HILLS 5TH ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT # 243
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has received a petition from the
developer and property owners of the proposed Shannon Hilis 5th Addition �treet and
Utiiity Improvements, City Project #243.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City o# Rosemount as
follows
(1} the aforesaid petition represents 100% of the owners of the affected
property;
t2) the property owner requests in the petition that the improvements be
constructed and that the entire cost for their share less the City's share of the
cost of the improvement be assessed against the property;
(3) the aforesaid petition is approved and plac8d on file; and
ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1993.
