The site is located on the north side of 160th Street, east of Knutson Services, In.c. • The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council set a public hearing for the minor guide plan amendment on March 2, 1993 . The Commission will be making a recommendation on the amendment at the February 23 , 1993 Regular Meeting. Recommended Action: A MOTION to set a public hearing on March 2, 1993 at 8 : Q0 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to hear public testimony on the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District' s request for a Minor Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input and comments on a proposed amendrrient to the City of Rosemount Minor Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment. The minor amendment pertains to property located north of 160th Street, east of Knutson Service, Inc. and legally described as follows: The east 329.00 feet of the west i,645.05 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 115, Range 19, Dakota County, Minnesota. Subject to a road easement over the south 33.00 feet thereof and a water line easement over the north 17.00 feet of the south 50.00 feet thereof and all other easements of record, if any. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a minor amendment to the City's Comprehensive Guide Plan to change the land use designation of ten (10) acres of land from Agricultural (AG) to General Industrial (IG).
