This item is a request to authorize attendance of the Fire Chief and the
Assistant Fire Chief at the 1993 MN State Fire Chiefs' Fall Canference in
October. This year the conference will be held in St. Cloud.
Registration fees, travel expenses and meals for each person should involve
abaut $475 .00 . The $950 . 00 expense for two people to attend has been
budgeted for in Accounts #101-42210-41-331 and 437.
The $950. 00 would be a maximum expense for the two of us to attend as work
schedules may dictate that it is not possible for both of us to attend a11
four days of the conference.

RECOD�lENDED ACT20N: Motion to authorize the fire department to send
two persons to the 1993 MN State Fire Chiefs' Fall Conference at an
estimated cost of $9�0. 00 with manies to come from Accounts
#101-4221�-01-331 and 437.
