The City has received applications for temporary on--sale liquor licenses
from the Rosemount American Legion and from the Rosemc�unt VFW and a
temparary on sale beer application from the Rosemount Jaycees.
The American Legion would like to serve liquor within their outside
pavilion on July 30 during their steak fry which begins at 4:00 p.m.
Liquor will only be served within th� fenced paviiion.
The vFW would like to serve liquor on July 31 during the Leprechaun Days,
Tractor Pull. The VFW will rope off an area of the �parking lot in which
people may be able to drink.
Both elubs have submitted the appropriate applicatian and fees.
The Rosemount Jaycees is requesting a temporary on sale beer license to
sell 3 .2 beer at the street dance on Friday, July 30, and Saturday, July
31, in the city hall parking 1ot. The Jaycees have not submitted the $30
license fee or required insurance, but Y will not issue the license until
receipt of both.
It is my recommendation that Council approve the temporary liquor licenses
for the American Legion and the VFW and to approve the temporary beer
license for the Rosemount Jaycees subject to receipt of insurance
informatign and license fee.

TO ROSEMOUNT VFW FOR JULY 31, 1993 AND THE ISSUANCE OF A TEMFQRARY ON �
SALE BEER LICENSE TO THE ROSEMOUNT JAYCEES FOR JULY 30-31, 1993, SUBJECT
TO RECEIPT OF PR40F OF INSURANCE AND FEE
