The Downtown Scoping Committee has completed their work on the Downtown
Development planning. They are prepared to bring this report to the City
Council and the other City Commissions for consideration.
In order to provide the Council and Commissions the opportunity to discuss
and comment on the report the Downtown Scoping Committee would request that
a special City Council meeting be held for this purpose.
Mr. Bernie McGarrigle, chair of the Scoping Committee, will be present at
the Council meeting to discuss the Committees work and the proposed
meeting. x •
RECOb�tENDED ACTION: Motion to call for a special council meeting for
for the purpose of hearing the presentation of the Downtown Scoping
Committees Final Report and Recommendations and to extend an invitation
to all other City Commissions to a�tend for discussion purposes.
