RE: Changes to Aug. 17 City Council Packet
1 . Councilmember Klassen requested the minutes of August 3 ,
1993 , Regular City Council meeting to reflect this addition
to page 2, paragraph 8 :
"Klassen noted, as the memo states, 'This position also I
helps with park maintenance, so cross training does occur. ' ° '
2 . Planning Department needs to correct the public hearing date
reguested on Itern 4 . q) to September 7, 1993 . See attached
memo.
3 . Add-On is requested by Susan Walsh for the Approval of a
Temporary Liquor License to be added under consent. See
attached.
4 . Revision to 4 .m) Attaehed is a revised resolution which
includes an added paragraph that approves the Award of
Contract contingent to MNDOT' s approval of the Cooperative
Agreement .
Please consider these changes included in your consent
agenda approval.
