The award has to be made after �QT has formally signed off on the Cooperative Agreement, which was passed at the last meeting by the City Council . We are expecting the signed agreement prior to the meeting Tuesday night, However, this itezn may - . be pulled if we have not received the signed Cooperative Agreement or a letter to that effect from MNDOT. Staff and the consultant recammend that the City award the contract to Hardrives, Inc. pending approval by MNDOT of the Cooperative Agreement. A total of five responsible bids were received. Hardrives Lnc., 9724 lOth Avenue North, Plymauth, Mn 55441, submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $442,59Q.71. The bids were checked for mathematical accuracy and tabulated. 'Ihe Engineer's Estimate was $456,940.95. We recommend the City of Rosemount accept the bid from Hardrives, in the amount of $442,590.71. Contract Award should be withheld until the City receives Mn/D4T approval.
