CLOSED SESSION
AUGUST 3, 1993
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a closed session of the City Counci( of the City
of Rosemount was duly held on August 3, 1993 in the�Council Lounge at City Hall.
Members of the Council present were Mayor McMenomy and Councifinembers
Klassen, Staats and Wippermann. Councilmember Willcox was absent. Also in
attendance were City Administrator Stephan Jilk and Administrative Assistant Susan
Walsh.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed labor agreement with the
public works union for 1993 and 1994. Jilk and Walsh reviewed contract changes
made since the last closed session with the City Council. Administrator Jilk advised
the union representatives have tentatively agreed to all the proposed changes as
outlined in his memorandum dated July 31, 1993.
Discussion was held by Council on various items of the contract.
MOTION by Klassen to adjourn the closed session. SECOND by Staats. Ayes: 4.
Nays: 0.
