Mr. Wayne Delfino, Vice President for Development for C Heartland
Partners has asked to provide an informal update to the City Council
on the status of their two pending projects in the City. He will be
present at Tuesday's meeting for this purpose.
The next step for CMC would be to submit formal application for
Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development to the City for formaZ
review and decision by the Planning Commission and City Council .
