CLOSED EXECIITIVE SESSION
MARCH 2, 1993
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special closed executive session
of the City Council of the City of Rosemount was duly held on Tuesday,
March 2, 1993 in the Council Lounge at City Hall .
The purpose of the closed council meeting was to update the City Council on
the negotiations with the police union.
Administrator Stephan Jilk reviewed his recommendations for settlement of a
two year contract. Also in attendance were Administrative Assistant Susan
Walsh and Police Chief Lyle Knutsen who discussed the pay for performance
plan. to be offered to the union members as an option to longevity.
Following further discussion, Cauncil unanimously agreed with the staff
recommendations.
MOTION by McMenomy to adjourn. SECOND by Willcox. Ayes: 4 . Nays : 0.
