Informal quotes were reguested of vendors for servicing our parks system with
portable toilets for the year of 1993. The contract service year is
scheduled from April 1993 through March 1994.
Four letters were distributed with three vendors responding.
The following are the price quotes received include weekly service and a
damage waiver per portahle toilet unit:
LA ROUCHES INC. $50.00 per unit
BIFFS $55.00 per unit
ON-SITE SANITATION $70. 00 per unit
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the portabie toilet services for the Parks and
Recreation Department to LaRouches Inc for the 1993 service year.
Expenditures will come from account #101-45100-01-415. 1.
