Resolution
Dakota County Highway Department has asked that the City approve plans
to overlay County State Aid Highway 42 (CSAH 42) from 145th Street to
CSAH 71 (Blaine Avenue) . This approval is necessary to allow the
County to reeeive Federal Aid Funding for this project. This project
will be completed in June or July, 1993 at no cost to the City of
Rosemount.
Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

Subject: Plan Approval for CP 4�64, S.P. 19-642-27
Dear Bud:
Please present the attached resolution for City Council
approval as soon as possible. The State Aid office will not
approve our plans and authorize a lettinq until this
resoluti�n is adopted and sent to the State Aid office. We
want to get this project approved before Federal Aid funding
runs out.

Please review the plans. The project will overlay CSAH
� 42 between 145th Street and just east of CSAH 71. There
will be no cost to Rosemount for this project.
Return the executed resolution to me as soon as it is
completed.

A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT DAKOTA COUNTY
1N AN OVERLAY OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 42
FROM 145TH STREET TO COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY 71
- WHEREAS,plans for Project No.42-64, S.P. 19-642-27 showing proposed alignment,
profiles, grades and cross-sections for the construction, reconstruction or
improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 42 within the limits of the City as a
Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plans be in all things approved.
ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 1993.
