This item is back on the agenda to reconsider the payment of legal fees
submitted for payment from the Law Firm of Fluegel, Moynihan and Miles for
work done on the McDonough litigation.
This item was removed from the last Council Meeting to allow the City
Council to take more time to consider the billing.
RECONIl+2ENDED ACTION: Motion to approve legal fees to the Law Firrn of

?yi� recol?ection is that several months ago the Rosemount City
Council decided to not pay any bills regarding the above-referenced
lawsuit uatil the NcDonouah suit was settled. however, I noted
that at the City Council meeting of N'arch 2, 1993, several othQr
legal bi1Ts regarding the suit were considered.
Since it now appears that the council is willing to consider
paying bills regarding this suit prior to its settlement, would you
please place tfie enclosed bill for our firm's services on the
agenda for the next council meeting.
