Councilmember Willcox has received complaints with regards to rabbits and
cats straying into neighbors ' yards. He would like to have staff address
this issue.
City Code 7-4B-4 requires �hat dogs or cats must be under restraint at all
times.
REC0�IENDED ACTION: Direct staff to address this issue.
