EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION
NOVFIVIBER 3, 1993
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof an executive closed session of the Rosemount Port Authority
was duly held on November 3, 1993, at 5:20 p.m. in the council lounge at City Hall, 2875 - 145th
Street West.
Chair Dunn called the meeting to order with Commissioners Anderson, Carroll, Edwards,
McMenomy, and Wippermann. Staff present included Acting City Administrator Wasmund,
Economic Development Coordinator Miller, and Port Authority Attomey Miles.
Commissioner Carroll explained the purpose for calling the session was to discuss the
correspondence received from David Allgeyer, of Lindquist and Vennum, regarding the Muller
Theater project and the possibility of litigation.
Discussion ensued.
MOTION by Sinnwell to adjoum. SECOND by Wippermann• Ayes: 5. Nays: 0.
(Commissioners Edwards and McMenomy were not seated.)
Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
