It has also been understood that the port authority would have standards for development that ma.y differ from zoning ordinance standards, this would provide some consistency in development as city standards are subject to more frequent - ah - "amendment . ° Mr. Miles intended to have a draft of the covenants ready for this packet, however, three days of flu has slowed that preparation.
