It has been generally understood that the port authority, as developer of
the business park, would most likely maintain the right to review site
plans of proposed projects. It has also been understood that the port
authority would have standards for development that ma.y differ from zoning
ordinance standards, this would provide some consistency in development as
city standards are subject to more frequent - ah - "amendment . °
Mr. Miles intended to have a draft of the covenants ready for this packet,
however, three days of flu has slowed that preparation. He will distribute
them on the 21st for work session discussion.
