Joe and Jean Doyle, owners of City Limits Lanes & Lounge, have requested
their liquor license be amended to allow them to serve liquor on an outside
patio.
This is a request for you to set a public hearing on Tuesday, Nlay 18, 1993 ,
at 5 :00 p.m.
Joe Doyle has submit�ed a site plan for the patio, and this site plan was
reviewed by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission requested
further details from Mr. Doyle and will be reviewing this again at its
May 11, 1993 meeting. Action by the Planning Commission will be provided
to you in the executive summary for this public hearing.
RECObII+dENDED ACTION: MOTION TO SET A PUBLIC F�EARING FOR MAY 18, 1993, AT
8 : 00 P.M. , OR AS SOON THEREAFTER AS POSSIBLE, FOR THE PURPOSE (?F
CONSIDERING AN AMENDMENT TO THE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS OF CITY
LIMITS LANES AND LOUNGE.

TO WHOM IT bIAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HPREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount, Minnesota, has scheduled a public hearing for 8 :00
p.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible, on Tuesday, May 18,
1993, in the Council Chambers at City Hal'1, 2875 - 145th Street
West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
The public hearing is being held to consider a' request from City
Lirnits Lanes and Lounge, Inc to amend its Application for On Sale
License for Intoxicating Liguor and, an Application for Sunday On
Sale Intoxicating Liquor License to allow the sale of liquor on
an enclosed patio located:on the west side of the building. City
Limits Lanes and Lounge is located at 15400 South Robert Trail .
Persons wishing to speak are invited to attend this hearing.
