A�tached is a draft resolution for Council adoption with regards to the
May 4, 1993 special election.
As soon as the results from all precincts have been tabulated, I will
present them to Council.
RECO�iENDED ACTION: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF A
SPECIAL ELECTION HELD ON MAY 4, 1993 AS THEY APPEAR ON THE OFFICIAL

DPSEREAS, the City of Rosemount held a Special election on May 4,
1993 asking the voters to consider the issuance of general
obligation bonds for the purpose of constructing a new fire
station and purchasing a new aerial platform fire truck for an
amount not to exceed $3,400, 000 .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a canvass of the votes
revealed the following results:
Shall the City of Rosemount be authorized to issue its
General Obligation Bonds in the principal amount not to
exceed $3,400, 000 to provide for the acquisition and
construction of a new fire station and the purchase of
a new aerial platform fire truck?
