The Port Authority regularly meets the first and third Tuesdays. In May,
however, elections are scheduled for both these dates with the fire station
referendum on May 4, and the school board on May 18.
Space is available in City Hall on Monday, May 3 and space is available in
the fire station for Monday, May 17.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to change the May meeting dates to Monday,
May 3 and Monday, May 17.
