CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
JANUARY 19, 1993
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a closed executive session of
the Rosemount Port Authority was held on January 19, 1993 at 7:05 p.m.
in the Council Lounge at City Hall, 2875 - 145th Street West.
Acting Chairperson Edwards called the meeting to order with
Commissioners Anderson, Mawe, McMenomy, Sinnwell, and Wippermann
present. Also present were Executive Director Jilk, Economic
Development Coordinator Miller, Planning Director Freese, and David
Allgeyer, attorney from Lindquist and Vennum.
The closed session was called to discuss the expiration of the Repairs,
Inc. lease and the subsequent relocation of the businesses from that
site. Commissioners discussed the Port Authority's options since the
owner of Repairs, Inc. has declined relocating to the Nordvik site and
another site that had been proposed to him. Consensus was reached to
reschedule the February 2, 1993 regular meeting to February 8, 1993 to
discuss it further.
A consensus was reached to adjourn the closed executive session.
