Dear Mr. Strese:
As you know, the Rosemount Port Authority has decided not to
pursue quick -take condemnation proceedings at this time with
respect to the property located at 14810 South Robert Trail. For
this reason, the 90 -Day Vacate Notice dated January 28, 1993, is
hereby canceled.
We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenience the 90 -Day Vacate
Notice may have caused you or your family. Please do not
hesitate to contact either me or one of my associates should you
have questions concerning this matter.

Two significant items have developed of which I believe you should be
apprised. Subsequent',,to our meeting on January 22, 1993, 1 had made
arrangements to meet, ' With my clients to discuss the perimeters and
means of trying to settle their differences with the City of
Rosemount and itis Port Authority. In those discussions to arrange for
a meeting, I did. I relay to my clients your affirmation of the fact
that there is no con4emhation. action pending.
This weekend, prior. Via. the.XQ&�tincj acheduled with my clients, they
received a letter from Conworthl. Inc. which is attached* to this
letter. You will. no.. that this form of communication
-lacks tact and .�:- contradicts previous statements made by
representatives of Port Authority. The impact of the letter has
been deietoriOug to I MY CliGntA health. Apparently, Olga strase is in
pain and experiencing.. the, symptorns of an ulcer and at the age of 75
is unable to meet to talk about her property, let alone this -latest
episode.
Of equal it not greater-conoern over this matter are findings within
tho documents providQd to our office pursuant to the Data Practices
request. There
is'. -little doubt in my mind, that as reflected in the
Minutes of the Rosemount Port Authority, that multiple Violations of
the Open Meetin5 Law, Minn. Stat. S471.705, have occurred. In
particular, the3c violations occurred on June 2, 1992 and August 4,
