EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 7, 1993
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof an executive closed session of the Rosemount Port Authority was
called to order on September 7, 1993 at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Lounge at City Hall, 2875 - 145th Street
West.
Vice-Chair Edwards called the meeting to order with Commissioners Anderson, Carroll, McMenomy,
Sinnwell, and Wippermann present. Staff present included Executive Director 7ilk, Economic Development
Coordinator Miller, and Port Authority Attorney Miles.
The purpose of the closed session was to receive advice from the port authority attorney and discuss
potential litigation from the developers of the two theater projects.
MOTION by Edwards to adjourn the executive closed session. SECOND by Carroll. Ayes: 6.
Nays: 0.
