From your direction at the November 3 meeting, I contacted Jahn LaMore of
the CMC Heartland Partners firm and asked for CMC to provide you with a
review of architectural and aesthetic plans for their project. On
November 9, Mr. LaMore indicated that this information would be presented
to you at the November lb meeting.
I have continued to work with CMC regarding use of tax increment financing.
It is my current understanding that a letter outlining redevelopment plans
and costs will be sent to me for inclusion in a future agenda packet.
