RESOLUTION 1993-
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION DLCLARING THE
RESIILTS OF THF CITY ELECTION ON NOVEI�SBER 2, 1993
FOR T8E OFFICE OF MAYOR AS A RESUI,T OF A RECOUNT
WHEREAS, on November 2, Y993, the City Council adopted a
resolution declaring the results Qf the City Election for mayor
for a two year term and for two councilmembers for a term of four
�rears; and
�FiEREAS, candidate Harry Willcox filed a written request for a
recount of the ballots cast for the office of mayor by voters on
November 2, 1993; and
WBEREAS, the city clerk conducted a recount of votes cast for
mayor on November 8, 1993;
WHEREAS, attached as Exhibit A through Exhibit F are summaries of
the recount of mayoral votes.
NOPI, THEREFORE, BT IT RBSOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount hereby canvasses the recount vates as submitted by
the city clerk and amends the resolution declaring the results of
the city election on November 2, 1993 for the votes cast for the
office of mayor as follows:
