BUDGET AND THE 1994 LEVY REQIIIRED BY THE CITY OF ROSEMOUNT W�REAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount has determined that budgets and special needs for the year 1994 will be in the amount of $4, 199,432 for the General Operating Fuind, CIP and Retirement/Severance funds; and J . WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that special levies for ,t Bonded Indebtedness, Certificates of Indebtedness and the Armory • Project total $604, 868; and WSEREAS, the City Council has determined that actual i�.comes, fund transfers and anticipated aids will total $2, 138,353 . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the total Prelimir�ary. Le<<: �,�., certified to the Dakota County Audit�ar sha11 be $2;B&5, 947; and BE IT FIIRTffi;R RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of � Rosemount will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of presenting the proposed budget and levy to the general public and . to comply with Truth in Taxation laws as set by the Minnesota State Legislature, and that the hearing shall take place on December 2, 1993, at 8 :00 P.M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall; and . BE IT FURTHER'�RESOLVED, that if a continuation of that hearing is necessary it shall take place on December 15, 1993, at 8 :00 P.M. , _ and at that Public Hearing the final operating budget and levy shall be adopted by the Rosemount City Council.
