At your meeting we will distribute a copy of the development agreement for Shannon I3ills Fifth
Addition. City Engineer Osmundsan and Planning staff are making some minor changes ta the
City's standard agreement relative to sidewalk installation and site ciean-up. Upon overviewing
those chanbes, Planning staff requests Planning Commission recommendation to City Council.
Recommended Action: A MOTIC�N to recammend to City Council execution of the Shannon
Hills Fifth Addition Deveivpment Agreement.
